目前國(guo)內無紙面石(shi)膏板生產線的(de)自動(dong)化程(cheng)度還未實現(xian),現(xian)處(chu)于(yu)手動(dong)和半自動(dong)水平,受(shou)自動(dong)化水平的(de)限(xian)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),國(guo)內的(de)無紙面石(shi)膏板的(de)質量(liang)和產量(liang)均不能(neng)滿足市場(chang)(chang)的(de)需(xu)求;為(wei)(wei)了(le)解決以(yi)上(shang)存(cun)在(zai)的(de)問(wen)題,本設(she)(she)備提(ti)供了(le)一(yi)套自動(dong)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系統;其(qi)所采(cai)用(yong)的(de)方案(an)是:該自控(kong)(kong)系統包括中央(yang)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)室(shi)、溫(wen)度控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)站(zhan)、配料工(gong)作(zuo)站(zhan)、成型工(gong)作(zuo)站(zhan)、切斷(duan)工(gong)作(zuo)站(zhan)、橫向輸(shu)送工(gong)作(zuo)站(zhan)、烘干工(gong)作(zuo)站(zhan)、各個工(gong)作(zuo)站(zhan)之間通(tong)過(guo)(guo) MELSCNET/H 網(wang)絡系統環網(wang)連接(jie),構成控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)網(wang)絡層(ceng);各工(gong)作(zuo)站(zhan)通(tong)過(guo)(guo) CC-LINK 網(wang)與智能(neng)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)設(she)(she)備、變頻器連接(jie),構成現(xian)場(chang)(chang)網(wang)絡層(ceng);生產控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)采(cai)用(yong)分布式(shi) PLC 控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系統, CPU 模塊選用(yong)西門(men)子 S7-300,現(xian)場(chang)(chang)I/O 模塊采(cai)用(yong)西門(men)子 ET-200S,人機界(jie)面 HMI 為(wei)(wei)西門(men)子 WinCC。各控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)站(zhan)和上(shang)位控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)中心 SCADA 通(tong)過(guo)(guo)冗余(yu)工(gong)業(ye)以(yi)太網(wang)相連,從(cong)而實現(xian)生產過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)的(de)集中控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)和實時數據統一(yi)管理。設(she)(she)備級(變頻器、分布式(shi) I/O 等)采(cai)用(yong)現(xian)場(chang)(chang)總(zong)線通(tong)訊。電氣控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)設(she)(she)備主要包括 MCC 控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)柜、PLC 控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)柜、SCADA 操(cao)作(zuo)員站(zhan)、現(xian)場(chang)(chang)各類檢測元件。
