目前國內(nei)無(wu)紙(zhi)面(mian)石膏板生(sheng)產線的自(zi)動(dong)化程度還未實現(xian),現(xian)處于手動(dong)和(he)(he)半自(zi)動(dong)水平(ping),受自(zi)動(dong)化水平(ping)的限制(zhi)(zhi),國內(nei)的無(wu)紙(zhi)面(mian)石膏板的質量(liang)和(he)(he)產量(liang)均不能滿足市場(chang)的需求;為了解決以上存在的問題,本設備(bei)提供(gong)了一(yi)套(tao)自(zi)動(dong)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系統;其(qi)所采(cai)用(yong)的方案是:該(gai)自(zi)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)系統包括(kuo)中央控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)室、溫度控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)站(zhan)(zhan)、配料(liao)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)、成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)、切斷工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)、橫向輸送工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)、烘干(gan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)、各個(ge)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)之間通過 MELSCNET/H 網(wang)絡系統環網(wang)連(lian)接,構成(cheng)(cheng)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)網(wang)絡層;各工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)通過 CC-LINK 網(wang)與智能控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)設備(bei)、變頻器連(lian)接,構成(cheng)(cheng)現(xian)場(chang)網(wang)絡層;生(sheng)產控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)采(cai)用(yong)分布式 PLC 控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系統, CPU 模塊選用(yong)西門子(zi) S7-300,現(xian)場(chang)I/O 模塊采(cai)用(yong)西門子(zi) ET-200S,人機界面(mian) HMI 為西門子(zi) WinCC。各控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)站(zhan)(zhan)和(he)(he)上位控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)中心 SCADA 通過冗余(yu)工(gong)(gong)業以太網(wang)相連(lian),從而實現(xian)生(sheng)產過程的集中控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)和(he)(he)實時(shi)數據統一(yi)管(guan)理。設備(bei)級(變頻器、分布式 I/O 等(deng))采(cai)用(yong)現(xian)場(chang)總線通訊。電氣控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)設備(bei)主要包括(kuo) MCC 控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)柜(ju)、PLC 控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)柜(ju)、SCADA 操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)員(yuan)站(zhan)(zhan)、現(xian)場(chang)各類(lei)檢測元件。
